What this site is

malnadcars.com lists used cars held by dealers across the Malnad region. We are an intermediary: we present the cars, verify what we reasonably can, and coordinate between you and the dealer who holds the vehicle.

Listings and accuracy

Details come from the dealer holding the car and from our own checks. We take care to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee every figure. Inspect the car and its papers before you commit. Prices are indicative until confirmed in writing, and availability changes quickly.

The sale itself

The contract of sale is between you and the seller. We facilitate it, but we are not the vendor and do not provide a warranty on the vehicle unless one is stated in writing on the listing.

Finance and insurance

We may introduce you to lenders or insurers operating in the region. We are not a financial adviser and give no advice on any product. Compare terms independently.

Using the site

• Do not scrape, copy or republish listings or photographs
• Do not submit false enquiries or another person’s number
• Do not attempt to work around the sign-in on pricing

We may withdraw access where any of these happen.

For dealers

Listing with us means the cars you publish are yours to sell, the details are accurate, and you will keep availability current. Buyer enquiries arrive through us and are passed to you; approaching a buyer outside that arrangement ends the listing agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Shimoga, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
